What you'll be doing…
You will be a part of a small team of highly talented professionals (currently 7 team members manage the 300+ Hosted clients (backup’s, system configuration, system copies, upgrades & updates) as well as providing application technical support to in-house clients.

Ideally, you will deliver a compelling customer experience for our clients valued customers with experience in either of the following:
Passionate about providing an excellent service experience for our clients, clients;
Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to detail;
Highly logical with proven problem-solving abilities;
Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style;
Good communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients;
Able to take initiative learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry;
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
Some experience with HR/Payroll Software products, Microsoft .NET and intermediate SQL skills beneficial but not essential;
Liaise with development teams to resolve software issues
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
You must have good common sense and the ability to think on your feet and show initiative, coupled with a great sense of humor and personality will be the successful candidate.
