What you'll be doing…

You will be a part of a small team of highly talented professionals (currently 7 team members manage the 300+ Hosted clients (backup’s, system configuration, system copies, upgrades & updates) as well as providing application technical support to in-house clients.

Ideally, you will deliver a compelling customer experience for our clients valued customers with experience in either of the following:

  • Passionate about providing an excellent service experience for our clients, clients;

  • Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to detail;

  • Highly logical with proven problem-solving abilities;

  • Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style;

  • Good communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients;

  • Able to take initiative learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry;

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;

  • Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.

  • Some experience with HR/Payroll Software products, Microsoft .NET and intermediate SQL skills beneficial but not essential;

  • Liaise with development teams to resolve software issues

  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

You must have good common sense and the ability to think on your feet and show initiative, coupled with a great sense of humor and personality will be the successful candidate.
